FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Courtenay, B.C. – Residents of the Comox Valley are invited to attend an upcoming constituency town hall hosted by Aaron Gunn, MP, on February 17, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Native Sons Hall, doors open at 5:30 pm.

This event is part of a series of town halls which will be held across the North Island and Powell River over the coming months.

Locations and dates include:

  • Courtenay: February 17, 2026
  • Campbell River: February 21, 2026
  • Port McNeill: March 16, 2026
  • Powell River: March 19, 2026

Attendees are encouraged to ask questions, share feedback, and participate in constructive discussions on issues affecting their community and their country.

“I believe that the most important conversations don’t happen in Ottawa, they happen in our communities. Connecting with my constituents and hearing directly about the issues that matter most to them is crucial in ensuring I am able to do the best job I can in representing them in the nation’s capital,” said MP Gunn. “Whether you’re concerned about the rising cost of living, increased crime, the hollowing out of our resource sector, or anything else, this is your chance to speak directly with me.”

Aaron looks forward to seeing many residents of the North Island–Powell River riding at one of these events soon. Whether you have a specific concern, an idea for improvement, or just want to stay informed, your voice, and presence, is welcome.
